Known for their commitment to quality, Ranya Stainless produces products that adhere to international standards, offering welding solutions that guarantee exceptional corrosion resistance, impressive mechanical strength, and dependable weld integrity. The company caters to a variety of industries, such as chemical processing, petrochemical, power generation, marine, and heavy fabrication, delivering electrodes specifically designed for tough industrial applications. Thanks to their advanced manufacturing methods and rigorous quality control, Ranya Stainless has earned a reputation as a reliable source of coated electrodes throughout Oman and the GCC region.
The AWS Class E316/316L-16 electrodes are made from austenitic stainless steel and contain about 18% chromium, 12% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum, with E316L having a low carbon content to reduce carbide precipitation. These weld deposits are known for their high tensile strength, excellent toughness, and outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and intergranular corrosion. The coated electrodes ensure stable arc performance, easy slag removal, and consistent bead formation, which leads to strong, durable welds even in corrosive and high-temperature settings.
